The menu

The menu of "La Criolla" restaurant features a non-strident cuisine based on seasonal products and on the Castilian-Leonese and Spanish pantry, with touches of modernity and excellent preparations of market cuisine.

Our cuisine uses the best fresh products which are selected on a daily basis from the main Spanish ports and markets. Then they are transformed into to imaginative recipes which are complemented with an adaptation of the most representative traditional cooking, with a special mention for our desserts.

Tradition and a constant research of new recipes are the key elements that define and characterize us, always having in mind a cuisine designed to be enjoyed with all the senses.
