The bar

It was opened on the 6th of February, 1978. It is a typical Castilian restaurant, located right in the city centre, very cozy, and with a kitchen displayed to the public.

It is structured in two floors. Upon entering the restaurant we find the bar and the "tapas" area, one of the busiest and most famous in the capital, where you can taste an amazing large variety of cold and hot "tapas", skewers and portions, always accompanied with the best wine.

Going down the stairs we find an intimate and cozy dining-room, with 15 tables and a capacity for 60 people. We place a special emphasis on the commensal's comfort and enjoyment through the search of a sound marriage between first-quality products and an accurate service and attention at the table. Our main focus is placed on the customer's satisfaction in all kinds of celebrations, from everyday visits to the most special events.

It is both a classic and innovative cuisine, simple and elaborated, in constant evolution to please any palate. The starting point is always high quality products accompanied by outstanding home-made desserts and selected wines.
