The bar

“La Criolla” bar is one of the most dynamic in Valladolid. It has participated in provincial and national contests held in the city and has won some of them.

It offers from seafood (prawns, barnacles, scampi, velvet crabs …), all-time recipes, portions, tripe, baby lamb's feet, jawbone in Port wine with pears, champignon mushrooms, to a wide variety of canapés.

We can open almost all wines which are served at the right temperature and in selected glasses.
